Now That Was a Close Call!

This is the scene as flames raced up toward me and Jeff Allred about twenty minutes ago. That’s Jeff in his car, closest to the camera. Mine was right behind me. We had parked in a big weed patch along Bangerter Highway to cover what looked like a dozen brushfires egged on by high winds. These flames came out of nowhere and were moving fast. I rattled off a few frames and jumped in the car.
