Jim Urquhart | The Salt Lake Tribune Charlie Ellis of Salt Lake City feeds pigeons bread and chips as they land on him on South Temple Tuesday, October 13 2009 in Salt Lake City. Ellis said he has been feeding the pigeons for about a year. He said he just liked the pigeons because they were unique. He said he initially began feeding them by hand on the ground and over time they began landing on him. 10/13/09
