- The Poynter story has an animation that compares the altered photo he entered in a Bay area contest and the one he sent to the AP. http://www.poynter.org/latest- news/mediawire/161983/sacramen to-bee-fires-bryan-patrick-for -photo-manipulation/ His manipulations seem so minor, it begs the question, why do it at all? I guess he did win an award with the fire photo but I wonder how much the slightly bigger flames impacted the judges decision?

The horror! Where’s the popcorn cart?!
No popcorn this year, and with the media room remodel they took away our bathroom and shower. Yes you read that right last year we had a single stall shower in the media room. It made for a few awkward moments when someone decided to use it!
