One of the good parts of job

At times this job/career can be taxing with the pressures of editors, the endless river of deadlines and the lifestyles we lead. But every once in awhile you can find yourself covering an event surrounded by friends. We are all working independently, but we share the same goal of trying to capture the best images.

As halftime was coming to a close in the 4A championship game we quickly gathered to get a group photo of ourselves. We have all covered much larger sporting events, so it wasn’t so much the event, I guess it was just one of the those moments when we were all having fun living the dream.

Beth, you were already gone or you would have been dragged into this mess.

A special thanks to Josh Golightly for stepping in and taking my camera when he saw my arms were too short to get the self-portrait with all of us in it.
