Great photo! – Salt Lake Tribune

A letter to the editor in this morning’s Tribune, pumping up the increasingly-on-assignment Thomas:

I want you to know how much I enjoyed the photo taken by photographer Thomas Nelson on Page E2 of Thursday’s Tribune (“Avoid summer doldrums with arts, adventure,” May 20). The various expressions on those little kids at Farnsworth Elementary School were marvelous. There is no way that someone could get those expressions “staged.” It’s one of those times when the photographer gets the shot just at the right time. Marvelous! Thanks, Nelson.
