Spent the weekend volunteering with group of veterans suffering from PTSD experiencing the benefits of outdoors-based therapy. I also shot a story for myself and a wire service while I was with them.
I guess spending a couple days fly fishing and shooting for myself under my own terms was also therapeutic for me too.
