I could add a couple more things to this list. But I’ll start with a just a tenth.
When I’m leaving an assignment (usually sports) and somebody asks “did ya get some good ones?”

10) “No”
And don’t forget, “that lens is bigger than you are.”
I got another one… “that’s a pretty nice camera, I’ll bet it takes pretty good pictures.”
Ditto to all. . .While on assignment for a story on homeless folks, had two guys say, “I can take pictures.” And, “”Do you have to go to school for that job?”
