I ran down to Marietta, Georgia a little while ago to do a photoessay on the production of one of the Air Force’s most important transport aircraft. The thing I really liked about this particular assignment was all of the color in the scenes that once these aircraft are painted, are forever rendered in muted tones. More on Jonesblog…
Very cool stuff. I just toured the Boeing facility in Everett, WA but no cameras allowed. HT’s (wifey) brother is an engineer for Boeing working on the 787.
Seems like a photoessay that really needs to happen. If we can find an angle, we should do it.
Looks great Bryan, I really enjoy those kinds of assignments also, you did a great job with it.
Keep them coming.
Awesome stuff Bryan …. love the colors. Were you not allowed to shoot any of the people that build these monsters? Great photos, but missing people seem odd.
