Bouldering is a style of rock climbing without ropes. With no harnesses, just their âspidey sense,â climbers will carefully ascend 15 feet up the wall, trying to accumulate the most points by having the fewest falls. Scoring is also based on increasing difficulty of the routes, not speed. Liz Rogers, director of Westminsterâs outdoor recreation program, says, âItâs an exciting event and great opportunity for student climbers to showcase the physical and mental strength gained through climbing.â

Weber State Head Coach Ron McBride is lifted up by his football team after winning the game at Stewart Stadium Saturday November 12, 2011. McBride, 72, has coached the Wildcats since 2005 and has an overall record of 41-38, including 32-21 in the Big Sky Conference. In 2008 and 2009, McBride guided Weber State to back-to-back Football Championship Subdivision playoffs for the first time in school history. Weber State won the game 34-31.
