UVU vs Utah

Don’t you just hate it when the team you have the best photos of loses? I was pulling for UVU just because of this almost good sequence.

And yes I’m still not a baseball fan.

Then also this one, In and out!

How do you do?

We’ve had this assignment every year for as long as I can remember and there is always at least one photo that is just a little different from the previous year. This one made me laugh.

Last Reminder: Photo Night This Sunday!

Sunday April 15th is our next Utah Photojournalism Photo Night. All are invited.

The goal for the night is Feedback. We’ll be projecting photographs (singles and projects) and those in the room will discuss the work.

All are invited to show their work— professionals, students, amateurs.

We want honest feedback to be provided so we won’t be announcing whose work we’re looking at and photographers will be discouraged from talking about or explaining their work while it is displayed.

Bring your work on a memory card, USB stick, whatever. Or you can e-mail it to us: utahphotojournalism@gmail.com

There will be two levels of feedback offered. Let us know what type you are looking for:

Go Easy On Me — Emphasize the positive and provide constructive criticism.
Brutally Honest — What doesn’t kill me will make me stronger.

Details:
Sunday, April 15th, 6:30pm.
Moran Eye Center at the University of Utah
65 Mario Capecchi Drive, SLC

Park underneath the building, take the elevator to the lobby. We’ll be in the auditorium straight in front of you.

Hockey

Scott, This is kinda cool how close we were on some of our photos today. My goalie shot isn’t quite as sharp as yours but that’s just how it’s going to have to be. Good to shoot by ya.
